Land to the rear of 51 High Street, Sittingbourne
We worked closely with a team of planning officer, conservation officer,
council tree officer, highways officer and English heritage to produce a
scheme which brought a contemporary dynamic to the area, using local
materials whilst maintaining views to the historic landmark.
The site is located in the grounds of a listed building
in the heart of Sittingbourne. The land has never been developed and has
only acted as amenity space to the surrounding properties.
The project is currently at the planning stage where we hope to gain support
for this sustainable forward thinking scheme.
