Calcott Hall, Sturry
Calcott Hall is a Grade 2 listed building at the top of Calcott Hill near
Canterbury formerly the principal building to a farm complex.
Planning permission was obtained to convert the house
from a care home back to residential use creating a spacious 5 bedroom
family home.
The project involved the underpinning of the house effectively inserting a
new ground slab under the building, the replacement of the roof and the
rebuilding of the existing extension.
