Ruffynes Oast comprises of a group of three barns and a hop kiln located in
Aldington, near Ashford. The barns used to form part of a large farm complex
that had laid redundant for a number of years.
The original planning approval was amended to meet the
client’s desired life style.
The approach taken has been to retain existing elements
of the buildings where possible and to reflect the original uses of the
buildings in an historical context.
